I made a group of 10 different sized circles. I then copied this group 10 times randomly across the page. I kept selecting random groups of circles and copying them elsewhere to create this chaotic, overlapped, circle splatter look. I felt that the image needed an emphasis and a place for the eye to rest amongst the chaos so I placed a plain white rectangle in the bottom right corner. I chose to create my image this way because I wanted to defy what characteristics are commonly associated with circles (spinning, structure, perfection, bouncing, etc.).
